Western Riverside Council of Government’s (WRCOG) Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) Program offers property owners financing options for energy efficiency, water conservation, fire hardening and seismic strengthening improvements to businesses.

Direct Capital Providers

WRCOG is excited to announce that our newly launched “one of a kind” online Direct Capital Provider (DCP) platform is actively accepting applications to participate in WRCOG’s C-PACE Statewide Program. As an approved WRCOG DCP, you will have the opportunity to access our entire 384 jurisdictional footprint within 47 Counties. The DCP program allows financial institutions and federally regulated banks with experience in C-PACE to participate. There is no cost to apply. Take advantage of our easy online portal service as it will be a great opportunity to create a new pathway to partner directly with investment and commercial banks as well as other financial institutions. To begin, you can apply below to become an authorized WRCOG C-PACE DCP Provider.
